Loving Care Development

 



Loving Care Development’s primary mission is to help at-risk children and young adults in disadvantaged and impoverished areas meet their social, educational, and economic needs through self empowerment methods of instruction and development. We serve youth ages 4 years to 21-years-old. We specialize in creating developmental programs geared to maximize learning and socioeconimic opportunities. Our services are also designed to meet the youths living conditions as well. We offer counseling services for individuals and families and offer a transitional living program for families who have encountered abusive living conditions. Our program is not designed to passify but to develop young minds into productive, intelligent, and goal oriented citizens.
